Permitted use

One license grants the right to use the white label software for 1 company. Each additional site using the white label software requires an additional subscription.

Restrictions

Unless you have been granted prior, written consent from Ploi, you may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transfer the whitelabel software, or portions thereof, to any third party.
• Sell, rent, lease, assign, or sublet the whitelabel software or portions thereof.
• Grant rights to any other person.
• Use the whitelabel software in violation of any EU or international law or regulation.

All copyright and proprietary notices and logos in the control panel and within the original whitelabel software files must remain intact. You are granted the ability to customize copyright, proprietary notices and logo files to make white labelling possible.

Modifications

You may alter, modify, or extend the whitelabel software for your own use, or commission a third-party to perform modifications for you, but you may not resell, redistribute or transfer the modified or derivative version without prior written consent from Ploi. Components from the whitelabel software may not be extracted and used in other programs without prior written consent from Ploi.

Support

Ploi does not provide support to your customers, you are responsible for the support requests from your customers. Any support requests from your customers to Ploi will be closed and discarded. Prior to that, you are allowed to make requests to Ploi about the software itself.

Ploi Core offers limited refunds on white labeling software within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
